We started shopping around and looking into several “closet” companies. The day we had our first appointment with Raymond, a designer for Closet World, we know we did not have to search any further. He was waiting for us at the apartment the day of our first appointment and we were extremely pleased with his professionalism, experience, dependability and punctuality. My Closet World designer arrived on time, was very kind, very professional, listened to what I wanted and took infinite patience in drawing me a diagram of what I needed. She was extremely versatile in creating a beautiful wall unit that fit my budget.
Two very qualified installers arrived at the time given. It was amazing to watch the teamwork and how quickly they put the unit together.
I was so amazed though how easily our designer handled every little detail. I am in my seventies and really appreciated that not once did I feel pressured. She called later to ask me if there was anything further she could do and if I was completely satisfied. Without the slightest hesitation the answer is yes. I find myself sitting in the living room just gazing at my books and treasures so beautifully displayed. I wish I had done it years ago.
